Sure! Given the ability to measure distances in an infinitely precise way. Obviously measurements that precise aren't possible in this reality, so there is a limit to how much we could encode. But theoretically you could encode/decode as much information you wanted in this way. </i>
Assuming it's not a prime number, seems like you could divide this number by it's largest factor and make a second mark for what the factor is. This would help a lot with the measurement problem
